Sound Stream Now Privacy Policy

Sound Stream Now uses Google Sign-In through Firebase Authentication. When you sign in, Firebase may process information associated with your Google account, including your email address, display name, and a unique Firebase user ID. This information is used to authenticate your account and provide account-based features.

Sound Stream Now stores your saved favourites in Google Firebase Firestore. These favourites are associated with your Firebase user ID and may include track information such as track title, artist, artwork, track ID, and playback URL.

Sound Stream Now also uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the app is used and to improve the service. Analytics may collect app activity, usage information, device information, and device or app installation identifiers. This information may include events such as app opens, screen views, sessions, and music playback activity.

Data transmitted between Sound Stream Now and its service providers is encrypted in transit using secure HTTPS connections where applicable.

Sound Stream Now does not sell personal information. Google Firebase and Google Analytics process information on behalf of Sound Stream Now in accordance with Google's applicable privacy and security practices.

Sound Stream Now also connects to third-party music services including SoundCloud and Audius. Information required to request music, artwork, search results, or playback may be transmitted to those services when you use those features.

Sound Stream Now retains account information and saved favourites while your account remains active.
